Ronnie did the new Fusion grey coverage color look anything like the NN tones as far as color depth? other than the viscosity/texture of the colors....did you see a difference enough in tone and reflect, to make the plunge of purchasing them? Maybe it's too soon to tell. I want to try them and see if it's worth my money to invest in them...in other words, how much bang will I get for my buck

Hi Jen, the nn's look at least a 1/2 level(if not a little more) darker than advanced coverage nn's. To me they look cooler and grayer. I would purchase to keep your Redken system complete. We cannot get advanced coverage Fusion anymore..so in the Redken line, Cover Fusion is the replacement for that range of graybusting colors. This is how Redken states it " Cover Fusion can be described as naturally reflective and has more uniform results on varied percentages of gray. Advanced Coverage sometimes overcharged on pigmented hair creating inconsistent results on varied percentages of gray and limited visability of the reflect. Because of Cover Fusion's superior gray coverage and more uniform results, Cover Fusion's NN family could appear up to one level deeper and cooler than Color Fusion's Advanced Coverage NN family."

Ok so if I am getting what you just said; the current Color Fusion NN did not have enough reflect on NL's of hair as well as being inconsistent. The new Cover Fusion is about 1 level darker and well as having a cooler tonality to them, so I will need to change over my formulas to about 1 level lighter on the new colors. Perhaps I will be using less AG in some of my formulas as well.

Thanks for that info...very helpful. If there were no replacement for the NN colors, I would go out of business.....LOL (not really).

Q:
Will the Cream Shades have its own developer,
or
can you use the already existing Processing Solution used from the original Shades EQ?

Thank you.
