love your "snow". I should send you some of ours. Our parking pad for my clients has so much piled up it literally is piled half way up the garage we have had to shovel so much. I hope it hasn't snowed more since we have been here in BC. THere is absolutely no snow here which is not fair. Although, it is still chilly.

HAHA!!! I only photoshop my picts so my beard looks more like Leonitis from 300!
I am loosing weight. lost 31lbs so far, another 10-15 to go. I have these new skin tight snake skin pants that I want to wear and you can't muffin top the snake skin!!!
My secret? Well, there is this "hollywood" diet that I've been on where you can eat anything you want and how ever much you want, just after you finish eating you stick your finger down your throat and 'purge'!
Seriously though, just Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. That is all.

I went back thru your blog on the home page and saw a post from 12 Jan 09 where you decided to start a healthy eating plan ( I hate the term diet, yuck ) So a year on and the results are very noticeable, go you. Out of curiosity, how tall are you?

OMG Russell i just did a search on BJJ, are you serious? lol Looks like you are trying to tie each other into knots. Actually maybe that was what the guys were showing each other in the shadows of the night club last time I went out clubbing, it was dark and smokey but they too appeared to be trying to tie each other in knots. hehe
