Today I mosied up to LA to pay a visit to some friends of mine. We went shopping and happened to stop by a very nice beauty supply/salon. This wasn’t your typical low end beauty supply but a very nice ‘retail experience’, high end retail store with a salon attatched. The salon carried Bunble and Bumble, but the supply side had a wide variety of lines that you don’t typically see in retail supply stores. The place was very nicely marketed and the retail shelves, while very full, were displayed very nicely. I decided to snap a few picts of things that caught my eye.

First- Kusco-Murphy had this body care line that I absolutely loved the packaging!

Next, even though you don’t see the show on Bravo, Jonathan still has his line and it’s expanding! What I’ve used I’ve really liked! And I’m a total product S-N-O-B!!!

Here is a little something that caught my eye. Elenett! While it is technically illegal to sell in the US due to V.O.C. restrictions, this just goes to show you that if there is a market for it, someone will figure a way to provide it. If you are a session hairstylist, Elenett is a MUST have or you wont be taken seriously.

Here is a little something that shouldn’t surpirse any of us, but it does disappoint me. A ‘celebrity’ hair stylist selling ‘salon haircolor’ for home use. Ugh….
